The Aerospace Corporation in Colorado Springs is seeking a Facilities Development Specialist/Staff III to lead workspace planning, design and engineering, real estate, construction, and secure operations at the site.
You will coordinate with architects and contractors, manage space utilization, oversee construction projects, leases and FUAs, and ensure security compliance while supporting business continuity and budget processes.
Position Summary The Facilities Development Specialist/Staff serves as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related operations at the Colorado Springs location, supporting the full spectrum of facilities planning, design & engineering, real estate, construction, and secure operations functions. This role requires a versatile professional who can manage multiple facility disciplines and coordinate with the Facilities Development Directorate to ensure seamless execution of workspace planning, construction projects, real estate agreements, and operational support.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
