Job summary

Textron is seeking an inquisitive Design and Construction Ops Intern to support planning, design and construction of critical projects at Bell Textron. You will interact with stakeholders, help manage design teams and contractors, and assist in campus planning while gaining hands-on experience.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant degree with 60 credits by June 2026, can commit to 10 weeks, and bring a proactive mindset for problem solving, collaboration, and communication.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Architecture, Civil/Structural/Building MEP) with ≥60 credit hours by start.
• Must be able to complete the full 10-week internship (June 1–August 7, 2026) and maintain a 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Preference for rising junior during 2027 internship.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and plan for projects.
• Assist in building design teams and contractor coordination.
• Coordinate with departments, report statuses, and assist campus planning.
• Support project managers with building designs, scopes, safety, and budgets.
