Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to keep our facilities clean and welcoming for travelers. You’ll maintain buildings and public areas to TA standards and ensure a sanitary environment for customers.

We value excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work with others. The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays, in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; alert to and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and guests; take corrective action when necessary
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
