Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Follow sanitation and safety standards in all cleaning tasks.
• Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming.
• Dust, clean, and polish surfaces throughout the facility.
• Dispose of trash and waste and transport to disposal areas.
• Use chemical cleaners and equipment per procedures to prevent damage.
• Clean windows, mirrors and related surfaces.
• Disinfect and maintain restrooms and public spaces.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies as needed.
• Receive deliveries and store supplies in designated locations.
• Maintain janitorial closets and stock cleaning products and supplies.
• Spot-clean carpets and perform extraction/shampoo as needed.
• Follow the housekeeping schedule established by supervisor.
