Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including OSHA/state/local/federal rules.
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to protect health and safety.
• Cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to client standards.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it appropriately.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders.
• Secures the facility, ensuring doors are locked as required.
• Protects company assets.
