Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance (Porter) to keep our facilities clean and welcoming for customers and staff. You will perform routine cleaning in restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces, mop and sweep floors, empty trash, and assist with minor maintenance as needed.

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS are held weekdays from 11am to 4pm at 801 W 1ST ST, FAIRVIEW, KS 66425. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reliable teamwork, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior cleaning or custodial experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Good communication and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning in restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness
• Empty trash and maintain waste disposal systems
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report repairs
• Set up and tear down for events or meetings
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
• Provide customer service by greeting guests and answering inquiries
