Job summary

The ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of cleaning supplies and the ability to perform physical tasks in various conditions. This position requires working indoors and outdoors. Candidates must be prepared for physical labor and using personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work while bending, standing, stooping, kneeling, or in a prone position for extended time periods.
• Ability to lift and carry items sometimes up and down stairways and push/pull heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and keeping rooms and hallways orderly.
• Washing windows, door panels, and sills.
• Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
• Emptying wastebaskets and transporting trash to the disposal area.
• Replenishing custodial and cleaning supplies.

Skills
