Job summary

Qualifications

• Must certify in the use of cleaning equipment such as sweepers, buffers, lifts, and power washers.
• Ability to understand basic instructions and perform tasks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs with team lift.
• Able to work from ladders, scaffolds, and mechanical lifts for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, public areas, and fixtures as instructed.
• Operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, buffers, scrubbers, power washers).
• Handle waste, restock supplies, and perform emergency cleanups as needed.
• Move furniture and supplies; assist with grounds or events as required.
