Qualifications

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to communicate professionally with staff, students, and visitors.
• Willingness to learn cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare facilities for the day, including retrieving keys and starting cleaning tasks.
• Deep clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms; vacuum and mop floors; collect trash and recycling.
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas throughout the day.
• Notify supervisor of maintenance issues or supply shortages and follow safety procedures.
