Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to keep our travel centers clean and welcoming. You’ll maintain the facility to TA standards, ensuring a sanitary environment for guests and staff in a fast-paced setting that prioritizes safety and courtesy.

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, following safety procedures, and providing excellent service. Positions require flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, with benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment in accordance with TA standards.
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide guests with a clean environment.
• Follow safety and security guidelines; report unsafe situations.
• Wear protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each assignment.
