Job summary

Pearland ISD is seeking a Custodian to clean and maintain district facilities, performing routine procedures to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficient building operations.

You will operate cleaning equipment, follow supervisor instructions, work flexible hours, lift 20–80 lbs, and support a safe school environment across indoor and outdoor spaces. The position runs 261 days per year with a minimum wage schedule listed as Pay Grade 301.
