City of Hattiesburg seeks a Custodial Facility Worker to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming Parks & Recreation facilities, primarily indoor spaces and venues. You will perform detailed cleaning, restock supplies, and assist with setup, operations, and breakdown for programs, rentals, and events.

Applicants must have a valid Mississippi driver’s license and be available for evenings, weekends, and varying schedules.

Formación

• Must possess and maintain a valid Mississippi driver’s license
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive physical tasks

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine cleaning of facilities including floors, restrooms, offices, and event spaces
• Monitors supplies, reports inventory needs, and notes maintenance or safety issues
• Sets up and breaks down tables, chairs, and equipment for programs, rentals, meetings, and events
• Provides courteous customer service to residents and event organizers
• Reports damaged equipment or facility needs to supervisor
• Performs other related duties as assigned
