Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Valid Minnesota driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning duties: mopping, sweeping, carpet extraction, vacuuming, dusting, painting, washing walls and windows.
• Unloading and distributing freight; minor grounds maintenance; assist in any project as directed by the building head.
