Maverick Transportation, LLC is seeking a Facilities Custodian in North Little Rock, AR to maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of facilities. Core duties include janitorial tasks, restroom sanitation, trash disposal, and event setup.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years custodial/maintenance experience. Monday–Friday schedule with benefits such as medical, dental, 401k, and paid vacation/life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with floor maintenance and cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain break rooms, lobbies, hallways, stairways, and entryways.
• Restock supplies like paper towels, soap, sanitizer, and toilet paper.
• Remove trash and recycling; ensure proper disposal.
• Assist with event setup and teardown as needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow safety procedures.
• Report maintenance or safety hazards to supervisors.
