Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment across production and office spaces. The role may involve high-level cleaning tasks and occasional use of scissor lift to access hard-to-reach areas.

You will work independently and with the Facilities & Workplace Experience team to uphold sanitation, safety, and equipment care standards, contributing to a well-organized facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of janitorial experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Willingness to take initiative and help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as painting and simple repairs.
• Operate industrial floor cleaners, shop vacuums, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in both the office and production areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of all warehouse areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.
• Restock restroom, kitchen, and custodial supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other interior surfaces as needed.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
