Qualifications

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; forklift certification possible.
• Bilingual abilities considered a plus; strong reading and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain areas.
• Handle hazardous waste tasks per safety protocols and labeling.
• Report incidents to supervisor and maintain clean work areas.
• Communicate professionally with staff, managers, and customers.
• Support shift lead and complete punch-list items as needed.
