Advanced Building Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a motivated janitor to maintain cleanliness in commercial and medical buildings. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and assist with event setup while following safety protocols and infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas, waiting rooms, hallways and restrooms.
• Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs and elevator buttons.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste according to guidelines.
• Restock soap, towels and toilet paper as needed.
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Collaborate with facility teams to maintain cleanliness and safety.
