Job summary

Aramark in Englewood, NJ is seeking a self-motivated Custodial Services worker to keep client locations clean and safe. The job emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and reliability, offering a clear path for growth.

You’ll follow procedures, operate and maintain housekeeping equipment, and ensure proper storage and disposal of waste. You’ll also support security of the facility and assets while delivering friendly guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Follow basic safety procedures due to chemicals.
• Maintain friendly, efficient guest service toward guests and coworkers.
• Adaptable to guests’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including OSHA compliance.
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others.
• Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel.
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensures security of company assets.
