Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Any previous maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning of the facility and grounds.
• Maintain the exterior of the building free from graffiti.
• Perform routine maintenance inspections.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform cleaning of A/C and heating units.
• Strip and wax floors.

Skills

Regularly lift up to 50 pounds

Ascend/descend up to 8 flights of stairs

Work with hazardous substances with proper PPE
