Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitorial staff member in San Diego to maintain clean and safe facilities. You will perform floors care, dusting, window cleaning, and restroom sanitation to support client environments.

The role requires basic qualifications, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift/move equipment as needed in a fast-paced setting. This is an on-site position with standard uniforms and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired.
• Must be able to understand and anticipate the needs of the clients.
• Must be punctual.
• Uniform is required at some worksites; maintain a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors using commercial equipment.
• Dust and wash walls, ceilings, fixtures; clean blinds and windows.
• Empty trash, sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies and detergents.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed to access areas.
• Perform periodic cleaning tasks and assist with safety practices.
