Dynamic Systems Inc., a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is hiring an Environmental Services Custodian for the Walter Reed area on the AM shift. You will keep offices, restrooms and common areas clean and sanitary, following established schedules and safety procedures.

Prerequisites include a high school diploma and custodial experience; healthcare exposure is a plus. You must work well independently or with a team, and participate in a drug-free workplace environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred, healthcare/medical setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, storage and disposal practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Perform general cleaning duties: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal.
• Operate vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely.
• Maintain organized storage for cleaning supplies and tools.
• Use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure compliance with facility cleaning standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks.
