Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida Inc is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to plan, supervise, and perform routine custodial activities across buildings and grounds in Miami. You will train staff, assign work, and review performance to ensure clean, safe facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience with an established janitorial contractor.
• Custodial Training Class for 6 months or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, oversee, and participate in custodial activities.
• Train and provide work direction to assigned employees, assigning/reviewing their work.
• Report safety, sanitary, and fire hazards to appropriate authority.
• Order custodial supplies by established guidelines and procedures.
