Job summary

Clin-Path Diagnostics, LLC is seeking a Facilities Assistant and Courier Backup to support courier operations and facilities duties in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will pick up pathology specimens, deliver to the laboratory, and provide back-up courier services during staffing gaps.

The role also involves inventory tasks, stocking supplies, handling block and slide storage, and ensuring vehicles are well maintained and clean.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform courier, inventory, stocking, and facilities-related duties.
• Ability to safely transport pathology specimens and client materials.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling specimens and client materials.
• Ability to provide professional and courteous client service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with courier operations during short staffing or on-call gaps.
• Pickup pathology specimens from client sites and deliver to the laboratory.
• Deliver slides, mail, and materials to off-site pathologists and clients.
• Maintain courier vehicles and ensure routine maintenance.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, block and slide storage, and facilities duties.
