We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and you will bring this to life by maintaining a vibrant, safe, and highly functional office environment that aligns with our client's unique workplace culture. **What your day-to-day will look like:*** Serve as the primary point of contact for the site's work ticket queue, utilizing Jira Service Desk, Corrigo, and other platforms to resolve and document facilities requests promptly.* Perform routine daily inspections of buildings and spaces, completing minor repairs and general maintenance such as patching, painting, and hardware adjustments.* Support the coordination, setup, and teardown of onsite meetings, conferences, and events, including moving furniture, arranging equipment, and managing post-event inventory.* Deliver outstanding guest services by participating in reception desk coverage, coordinating visitor badging, and assisting with security scheduling.* Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels, issuing site-wide facilities alerts and updating local web pages and playbooks.* Support site financial activities by tracking spend, organizing backup paperwork, and actively participating in the annual site budgeting process.* Assist with onsite office moves, manage vendor access, and ensure strict adherence to all building health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures. **Required qualifications:*** HS diploma or GED* Strong experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding service and build rapport with clients, visitors, and colleagues.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the professional presence to interact confidently with all levels of management, including C-suite executives.* Practical experience using basic hand and electric-powered tools for minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance tasks.* Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with standard workplace software and a willingness to learn client-specific platforms like Jira, Corrigo, and site database systems.* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize duties under limited supervision.* Physical capability to stand, climb, stoop, crouch, and frequently lift and move equipment or furniture weighing a minimum of 50 lbs safely.* High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining rigorous facility standards and complying with workplace health and safety regulations. **Preferred qualifications:*** Prior experience working within a fast-paced corporate office or technology-sector workplace environment.* Experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audiovisual (AV) equipment for corporate meetings and events.* Current certification as a First Aid Officer, or a strong willingness to undergo training.* Current certification as a Floor Fire Warden, or a strong willingness to undergo training.* Experience working directly with third-party facility vendors and building landlord management. **Schedule:** M-F 9AM-5PM**Location**: New York NYThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
