Blain's Farm & Fleet (Blain Supply, Inc.) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support maintenance and operations across the corporate office, stores, and distribution center. You will coordinate daily facility tasks, manage service requests, and ensure building systems run efficiently.

The role emphasizes organizational skills, vendor negotiations, and collaboration with managers to maintain corporate standards while supporting project work and energy rebate processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates facility activities across all Blain's buildings, including general repairs, maintenance, construction.
• Writes and reviews contracts for maintenance projects at Corporate and store locations.
• Provides input on yearly budgets based on actual spend on snow removal and lawn care.
• Organizes, schedules, and documents for work activities; reviews activity progress; and assures completion.
• Obtains proposals and quotes from vendors and negotiates the best value for hired services within an established budget.
• Work with store managers to ensure stores are maintained to corporate standards.
• Purchase needed supplies to repair or maintain company buildings and facilities.
• Complete energy rebate forms for new stores and projects, follow through with contractors and rebate companies to ensure full money available is received.
• Asset tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

• Base pay starting between $44,000 per year

Job Duties

The facilities Coordinator supports the Facilities and Engineering teams by supporting the maintenance and operations of the corporate office, stores, and distribution center. This role involves coordinating daily facility tasks, managing service requests, and ensuring that all building systems are running efficiently. The Facilities Coordinator will coordinate the scheduling of repairs, managing vendor relationships, and supporting facility improvement projects. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks to ensure smooth operations across all assigned properties

Essential (Primary) Functions:

• Coordinates facility activities throughout all Blain's buildings, including general repairs, maintenance, construction, etc.
