Your Role on the Team

Under the supervision of Facilities Director for the Henry Samueli School of Engineering, the Facilities Coordinator assists the Director in the oversight, supervision and coordination of facilities operations for all spaces assigned to the School of Engineering. The Facilities Coordinator acts as liaison between campus Facilities Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Transportation and Distribution Services and other campus departments for maintenance, safety and infrastructure services support to School spaces and occupants. The Facilities Coordinator will assist in providing oversight to areas not limited to construction, design, deliveries, security systems, key/lock management, emergency management, space management, moving coordination/participation, custodial/grounds issues and equipment installation.

  • Working knowledge of practices and procedures relating to facility maintenance.
  • Written communication skills to prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, policies and procedures, and training documents.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $$34.31- $$37.88 (Hourly).
