Shift: Tuesday - Saturday

Salary: $85,000 - 95,000

Job Summary:

The Facilities Coordinator supports the Business Services Manager to deliver excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee subcontractor management for cleaning, maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations.
• Manage all moves, adds, and changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Facilities Management within the Business & Industry sector or Hospitality management roles (e.g., Housekeeping Manager, Front Office Manager, Operations/General Manager).
• Experience with Soft Services, including Janitorial.
• GMP experience (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in P&L Management.
• Client Relations and Customer Service focus.
• Leadership skills in staffing, recruiting, development, and relations.
• Planning, organization, and system knowledge.
