Job summary

Element Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented Janitorial TA I to maintain a clean, safe facility. You will perform routine cleaning across production, offices, and common areas, following established standards and safety protocols.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a full-time setting. Evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–3 years custodian/janitorial experience preferred.
• Understanding of chemical safety and Safety Data Sheet usage (SDS).
• Familiarity with sanitation standards.
• Basic workplace safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Facility Cleaning and Sanitation – sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors in production, office, and common areas.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies; clean restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Perform weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning tasks; document completion on checklist.
• Health & Safety Support – follow safety procedures and wear PPE; report hazards.
• Other Duties – participate in special projects, event cleanup, and general tasks.
