Catalyst Grove LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Janitor to maintain clean and safe facilities. You will perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waste removal, and basic upkeep to support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $76,248 per year, commensurate with experience and location, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis until the deadline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Reliable and punctual with professional work ethic.
• Good communication and ability to work with a diverse team.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and workspaces.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, restocking supplies, repairing minor issues, and ensuring equipment is in working order.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly, following all local regulations and company policies.
• Assist with special projects and events, such as set-up and clean-up, to support our various departments.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.
