Job summary

Flagship Facility Services is seeking a diligent janitor to keep offices and facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. You will sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize restrooms, with periodic maintenance across carpeted and non-carpeted areas.

The role requires basic janitorial knowledge, good listening and verbal communication, a neat appearance, punctuality, and the ability to understand client needs. A High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of experience in commercial facilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have basic janitorial duties knowledge.
• Must have good listening and verbal communication skills.
• Must be punctual and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, and polish floors used in offices and facilities.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
• Dust and clean walls, fixtures, lights, blinds, and surfaces.
• Move objects to access areas and assist with light maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain janitor’s closet in order.
