Western Trailers provides janitorial cleaning services for the Boise Shop, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and a positive customer experience. Duties include floor care, trash removal, restroom upkeep, dusting, and event setup, with adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Applicants should follow written instructions, work as part of a team, and be willing to perform overtime as needed to ensure facility readiness.

Qualifications

• Must follow plant and department safety standards and promote safe work practices.
• Must meet quality standards and produce to specifications.
• Must follow policies and guidelines and be on time for shifts.
• Must communicate well with coworkers and managers.
• Must read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash; service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and mirrors; dust surfaces.
• Clean or shampoo carpets.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Lawn and shrubbery maintenance and snow removal as directed.
• Requisition supplies and equipment for cleaning duties.
• Set up and remove decorations for events such as banquets and meetings.
