Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a diligent janitorial staff member to maintain cleanliness in assigned facilities. Responsibilities include dusting, sanitizing surfaces, restroom maintenance, trash disposal, floor care, and outdoor area upkeep.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and courteous customer interaction. The position requires ability to follow instructions, work with germicidal solutions, and operate cleaning equipment.

Formación

• Knowledge of basic operations of janitorial work.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Sufficiently communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Operate powered and non-powered janitorial equipment.
• Interpret written instructions and warning labels on cleaning chemicals.

Responsabilidades

• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height using a treated high duster.
• Sanitizing and spot cleaning surfaces below shoulder height and fingerprints on doorknobs.
• Bathroom cleaning with germicidal solution and routine maintenance of dispensers.
• Emptying trash cans and replacing liners.
• Floor dusting, mopping, and vacuuming with appropriate techniques.
• Cgrounds care including outdoor areas and sweeping debris.
• Cleaning public common areas and ensuring glass and planters are clean.
• Food court cleaning, trash management, and tray washing.
• Floor sanitizing with germicidal solution.
• Performing self-inspection of rooms and ensuring proper cleaning order.
• Customer relations tasks and reporting issues to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
