Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor in Anchorage to coordinate cleaning and maintenance across commercial facilities. We seek a dedicated supervisor who can lead teams, ensure quality standards, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

This full-time role involves supervising 2 to 50 janitorial staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing customer concerns while supporting ongoing training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable work history.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in the janitorial industry.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers, and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
• Issues supplies and equipment
• Resolve workers' problems or refers matters to the Manager
• Perform the duties of workers supervised
• Directly supervise the performance outcomes of 2 to 50 janitorial service employees
• Assist in training employees
• Plan, assign, and direct work
• Provide feedback for managers to effectively appraise employee performance
• Address customer complaints and resolves problems
• Collaborate with employees and perform related duties as a Working Supervisor
