Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and upkeep of client facilities. Tasks vary by site and include floor care, restroom cleaning, trash disposal, and window cleaning. The role requires high school completion or six months of janitorial experience, with on-the-job training provided.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six months in a janitorial role.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for use of cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and surfaces.
• Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash bins and manage waste as required by site policy.
• Clean windows, partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners and equipment.
• Spot-clean carpets and assist with carpet cleaning tasks.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow the established housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and buffers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by scope of work or client needs.
