Employnet, Inc. is seeking a reliable Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility environment. You will service production areas, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and common spaces with attention to detail and safety adherence.

The role requires independent work, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proactive issue reporting. Responsibilities include floor care, sanitation, restocking supplies, operating cleaning equipment, and supporting minor maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks during shift.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across facility areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch areas.
• Empty trash and recycling, dispose of waste materials properly.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Support setup and minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Follow company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain organized janitorial storage and inventory.
