Job summary

ESFM, the integrated facilities management arm of Compass Group USA, has openings for full time and part time JANITOR positions at 715 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168. The role offers a $16.00–$17.00 hourly pay range with multiple shifts and interview-based details.

As an applicant, you should have at least 1 year of janitorial experience and be ready to perform routine cleaning tasks across facilities, following safety guidelines and company procedures. Applications accepted online only.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp-mop floors per procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for cleaning; return to place.
• Clean areas with provided materials; sanitize surfaces.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture and baseboards.
• Identify areas needing cleaning and complete tasks.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Follow applicable federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinishes floors; shampoo carpets.
• Demonstrate teamwork and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
