Job summary

Imperial Cleaning is hiring janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness of buildings in Lower Manhattan, NY. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, empty trash, and report repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings/facilities by sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in restrooms, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes
• Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen
• Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
• Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
• Handle additional approved special requests from customers
• Identify and report possible repairs
