Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to help keep facilities clean, organized, and disinfected. Responsibilities include floor care, window cleaning, restroom maintenance, trash disposal, and inventory of supplies.

The role requires compliance with safety rules and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ideal candidates demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and a safety-focused mindset, with a willingness to work a 4 am - 10 am shift Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows, walls and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Disinfect commonly touched surfaces and replenish restrooms supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling, wash windows, and maintain cleaning supplies inventory.
• Close doors at end of night shift and report unsafe conditions.
