Job summary

ABM Day Cleaner role focused on cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with responsibilities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom service, trash removal, and surface cleaning.

Use of cleaning solutions and equipment required to maintain facilities to high standards. Ideal candidates are 18+ years old with a record of reliability and preferably 1 year of similar work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in ATS environments (ten-year work history if available).
• 1 yr of similar work experience (preferred).
• Customer Service Experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Dusts and washes furniture, walls, machines, and equipment; cleans ceilings and light fixtures.
• Gathers and empties trash; cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures; serves, cleans, and supplies restrooms.
• Cleans interior partition glass, windows, and mirrors; sets up and breaks down for events.
• Monitors safety and may drive to cleaning locations; performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
