Job summary

HHM Facility Management is seeking a Cleaning Specialist 1 to disinfect, clean, and actively maintain assigned facilities to support customer needs. The role involves working with a team, potentially on a route of multiple facilities daily or within a single facility with multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include general cleaning of common areas, sanitizing restrooms and kitchens, maintaining supply rooms, and assisting with minor repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License or State Identification required.
• Detail-oriented and thorough; able to perform basic repairs and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning in the common areas of the building.
• Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, break areas, and cafeterias.
• Maintains a neat and orderly supply room.
• May perform minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and stocking supplies.
