No prior experience required for basic cleaning tasks, but attention to detail and reliability are essential. The role emphasizes teamwork and ability to follow directions while using standard cleaning tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver consistent cleaning quality.
• Proficiency in using cleaning tools and equipment, including backpack vacuums and floor buffers.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs, spot clean daily, and perform periodic high-dusting and polishing as directed.
• Clean bathrooms, restock supplies, and manage waste disposal daily.
• Report building defects (lighting, urinals) to supervisors.
