ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties across facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The role requires experience in janitorial or general cleaning, ability to work independently, good time management, and familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

You will follow safety procedures and assist with setup for meetings or events.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policies.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
