Job summary

World-Management is seeking a reliable utility technician to keep our facilities clean and well-maintained. You will clean pits, bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas, perform power washing, and manage dusting and inventory tasks.

Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting are essential. Shifts run Wednesday to Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday to Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm, reflecting a part-time, evening/weekend schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning vehicle inspection pits.
• Power washing.
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors.
• Dusting, cleaning glass, and stocking bathrooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the team.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Other duties assigned.
