Pilot Company is seeking a reliable store maintenance associate at the Napoleon, OH travel center. You will perform cleaning, restroom maintenance, towel handling, and basic repairs to keep facilities welcoming for guests.

Strong candidates are motivated, able to lift 50 pounds, and comfortable with flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Experience in similar roles and basic equipment knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: experience in a similar position; knowledge of industrial equipment and the ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
