The Lead will operate equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support janitorial duties while overseeing schedules and ensuring client satisfaction. This hands-on leadership role offers growth within ABM's facilities team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No formal diploma required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team at the assigned site.
• Follow schedules and route cards, report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Handle keys and access cards for the property.
• Address and report damaged items and service requests as needed.
• Ensure quality of work and confirm completion with the Area Manager.
• Train new hires according to onboarding procedures.
• Complete time records for regular or subcontractor staff.
