Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures at a Goodyear, AZ location. You will coordinate daily operations, delegate tasks, and provide guidance when the Manager is unavailable.

The role requires leadership, oversight of cleaning operations, and training for new hires, with a typical M-F 6:00am-2:30pm shift. ABM emphasizes a comprehensive benefits package and veteran-friendly employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required
• Preferred: 1 year of similar work experience
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
• Preferred: Valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Report damaged, broken and out of work features/items
• Oversee and perform additional service requests
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Area Manager
• Provide training for all new hires assigned to the building
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
