Job summary

Pridgeon and Clay Inc. is seeking a diligent Janitor - Facilities to keep the plant, office and grounds clean and presentable. You will perform floor care, restroom cleaning, waste disposal, and general upkeep while following quality policies.

This role requires a reliable work record and attendance, with experience operating high-speed burnishing and walk-behind scrubbers. The company emphasizes diversity, safety, and internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating floor-cleaning equipment is preferred.
• Ability to pass a hilo license test and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Clean office floors, windows and walls; buff, strip, wax as needed.
• Maintain restrooms and common areas; stock supplies.
• Empty trash, recycle, and ensure facility cleanliness throughout the plant.
• Operate cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers and hi-lo as required.
• Adhere to ISO, IATF 16949, and safety regulations daily.
