Responsibilities

• Clean windows, glass and mirrors with cleaners.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Clean laboratory equipment with solvents and brushes.
• Follow chemical cleaners and power equipment procedures.
• Monitor security and safety including locking doors after hours.
• Move heavy furniture and supplies with hand trucks.
• Notify management about major repairs or additions to systems.
• Remove snow from sidewalks and parking areas.
• Requisition supplies and equipment.
• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations for events.
• Must be able to work flexible hours weekends and holidays.
