Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Environmental role for our Miami facilities. This full-time position involves performing routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic service duties across clinic spaces and common areas.

You will be responsible for floor care, trash collection, restroom servicing, window cleaning, dusting, and assisting with event preparation and coffee service. Additional duties may be assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

• Duties include routine maintenance activities.
• Notify management of repairs or maintenance needs.
• Clean facilities and ensure sanitary conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping or mopping them.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with cleaners and tools.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Notify managers about major repairs or additions to building systems.
• Requisition supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance.
• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations and furniture for events.
• Prepare and serve coffee in the clinic's facilities.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Manager.
