Job summary

OnLogic, Inc. in Vermont is seeking a Facilities Associate to uphold a clean, organized office environment in Burlington, supporting a welcoming space for employees, customers, and partners.

You will clean offices and common areas, restock supplies, help with event setups, and participate in training on new processes to improve efficiency and cost savings. This role emphasizes teamwork and attention to detail while contributing to a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial cleaning or service industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with various cleaning tools and equipment is a plus.
• You are able to lift 50 pounds.
• Satisfactory completion of a background check
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleaning the office space including common spaces, conference rooms, kitchen/cafeteria, restrooms, etc.
• Restocking supplies, running and unloading the dishwashers, and removing trash/recycling as needed.
• Assisting with general facilities requests, such as arranging furniture in common areas for an event or resetting the room after an event.
• Participating in training on new processes and procedures.
